The person who’s information on the card can use it in any way shape or form.
The only things that cannot be changed are physical things about the person (hair doesn’t count)
To stop changing a person the person changing the other must say “this isn’t your card”
To put information onto the card just say the persons name. (You can say your own name but changes won’t happen)
Clothes can be changed but they must be very vague.
Other than that use the card for whatever you want.
