"Hi. What happened in the Chemical Lab?" You ask the woman.

"We don't know yet, we think a couple of the pipes burst and the liquid chemicals became gaseous upon exposure to air. The only issue is we don't what or how many chemicals are in the air of that room... Thankfully the hazmat team will be down in just a couple of minutes." She responds.

Maybe they have a spare hazmat you could borrow to get a closer look...
