At once, Susanna begins to transform. Her large bun weaves itself into two long braids. The stylish clothes she had on become something that no fashionable girl would be caught dead wearing. Bookish glasses appear on her face as her expression totally changes, her odd smile showing awkward sort of giddiness.
“Susanna?”
“It’s, um, Susie,” she says nervously, taking a puff of her inhaler before completing her thought. “I’ve never had a BOY ask to study before...I’m just so nervous-excited! Excited!”
Oh no! Susanna’s reality changed so that she was always a nerd and as a result, you two never became friends. You should rectify this, but...
