"Here's how it works..." explains the genie. "First, I'll ask you a question. It may be embarrassing, or something you need to think a little bit about, but you will be able to tell me a truthful answer if you choose. Answer my question, and I'll grant you a wish. Make sense?"
You nod and start thinking of your wishes, which begs the question "How many wishes will I get? Do I keep getting more wishes if I answer more questions?"
"You can have up to three..." explains the genie "Once you hit three, I will disappear along with the lamp no matter what. Of course, you can always send me away before you get to three wishes as well. If you don't want to answer my questions, just tell me and I'll go. I'd rather do that than have you lie to me...and trust me, I'll know if you lie. So, are you ready to get started?"
