If the kid wants to smoke you might as well make it legal(and maybe have a little fun well your at it.)
You say that is a sexy 30 year old woman, but although shes treat as old enough for things like buying and smoking cigarettes in everything else shes still treated like a teenage girl and has to go to school. You also include that since you made her go from 15 to 30 she won't age for the next 15 years. Lastly you include that her smoking won't cause her or anyone else lung damage but each cigarette she smokes will make her a little sluttier. The new woman finish her cigarette only to get up and light up another one as she starts to walk home.
