A loophole you’d considered, but just as fun as the other two. As long as Katarina never puts a top on again, she’ll stay just as she is. She struggles not being able to work her old job anymore without a shirt to cover herself, but she’s able to move to coast and change to a bikini top wardrobe. There she takes up stripping for a bit to make her rent, but eventually is able to move into modeling with the enhanced body she has now even at her age. She seems fairly happy.
But since she did not choose, you make it so should she ever don a top again, she’ll be a brainless slut the rest of her beach going days.
