Blondes do get associated with bimbos a lot so now anyone who uses the blonde dye will always come of as one. The dye wont actually make them stupid but given they all now have a thick valley girl accent, big boobs, and rather revealing sense of fashion you doubt they'll ever be treated as anything but.
