Once they have been lured in, the magic will take effect, and any men who have entered the restroom due to your spell will now exit as women.
Just for fun, you add that the longer they stay in the restroom, the more feminine they will become. Any newly minted woman who chooses to try out her makeup or adjust her hair after her initial change is sure to be subjected to the magical glow-up.
As usual, you make it so that none of the people affected by the spell will be aware of the change once it is complete, and that they will enjoy their lives as women as if they had always been female.
