The changes are a little more significant.

The most noticeable change is that your body has started to shrink. You are much thinner than you used to be and your clothes appear too large for your body. Your skin has become pale and smooth.

Your hair remains the same length that it did after its initial growth, but your body hair has completely vanished. You look in the mirror and can see your old features still there, but starting to fade.
