You try to think on what to do with the witch, when a thought appears in your mind. You order your robots to put her in a big test chamber. Although the witch was confused, the robots open the door to the chamber and put her in. It was then when you squeezed into the chamber with the witch. The witch quickly realized what you were going to do so she tried to remove the "Great Shift" effect on the manor however she doesn't have enough energy to stop it.
The robots then close the door as you two then merge. After about a few minutes, the door to the chamber opened. As you walked out of the chamber, you looked down and see that your body and even your clothes have changed as a result of merging with the witch. However as soon as you stepped out of the chamber, the thoughts and memories of the witch began to run through you as you felt you had learned how to not only use magic, but use it in ways that you didn't think were possible as you felt the magic run through your veins and knowledge of the whole manor began seem clear as day to you now.
Your brown tank top and the leather along side it changed into that of a dark red short dress with a high skirt, revealing your legs however you still find it as maneuverable as if you were wearing your pants. Although it feel awkward at first, you find it actually enjoyable soon after. As you make your way up a flight of steps, you then realize that your fine leather boots have merged with the witch's heels however although you stumble with them at first, you soon walk on them like a pro. Your goggles were then accompanied by a top hat and your leather gloves then seemed to be more stylish than what they were before. As you went to sit down at a chair, you noticed how your body had also changed a bit, as your frame seemed thinner, your hair changed from brown to being auburn, and your eyes seemed to have eyeliner on but besides it being a little hard to breathe at first, you adjust quickly.
As you look over your machinery, you feel that you are bursting with excitement, as although your physical appearance has changed drastically, your love for machines have not. You begin to figure it out in your head, thinking on how you could make this manor the starting point, work and grow your machines and magic and when the time is right, reveal it to the world and bring back the age of steampunk.
