Your mother, a moment ago an hourglass white blonde model, is now a thick, African-American model. She’s wearing a lot of makeup and a green dress.
“I... oh my goodness...who am I?” She asks in a new, deeper voice. “I have so many m-memories that...that just...and my daughter Kay-I mean Valerie! I don’t recognize her but...I do?”
“You remember your old life, of course. But now you know this one, too, where you have always been Black. Simple enough.”
“But I know this isn’t right...but it feels...it feels...”
“Right?”
“Yes!” She exclaims. “My old life... it’s like a dream...but...what are you going to do now? Are you going to make me forget my old life?”
“Perhaps later. But I still want to do some more things first.”
