After you made your wish you sat back and relaxed, fully expecting it to have been an obvious lie. But then something strange happens.
Your t-shirt turns green, adapting a hexagon pattern as it stretches over your body, reaching down to your ankles, and to your wrists.
The dress inflates in most of the area, and then the bit grown detaches, and turns white, and purple with a line and dot pattern in the end. Looking down, your bare feet are now wearing sock, reaching your ankles, and grasped your big toe separately from the others.
The socks grew a red band over the arch of your hood, as a large bock (japanese footwear) grew from underneath each one. Something then felt like it was tugging on your hair, reaching back, you felt something like a butterfly bow hair band with a rope knot.

Stumbling back in surprise, you pulled yourself to your feet, not familar with the platform shoes, as your legs wobbled and you pulled at the new clothes encasing your body.

"Just what the Heck is going on?"

You asked your self, very distressed, and trying to get used to the softer feeling of the clothes on your body.
