Your thoughts turn towards your crush Amelia. You wonder if you can swap something to learn more about her. You are unsure as to what that could be, just then you hear you mom walk by.
Suddenly you know exactly what to do; who would know her better than her own mother after all ?
You think about wanting to swap "being Amelia's mom" with "being your mom's son", you press the device and much to your surprise it does react. You assume the device is just swapping your bodies.
You find yourself in the body of naked Asian woman you've never seen before, but you think can make out family resemblance with Amelia. Suddenly new memories of this new life hit you, apparently you have indeed became Amelia's mom. But it is very evident that something is very different from merely swapping bodies.

How did that happen ? Well device interpreted "being Amelia's mom" and "being your mom's son" as "the body that gave birth to Amelia" "the body of the son your mom gave birth to".
The device considered it a request to specifically exchange the body of both individuals. Due to the 10m limitation for physical changes, it instead swapped soul mind for the same result. The reality altering feature did the rest, making it like Amelia's mom's body was born with your soul and mind, resulting in her body developing and aging differently.**
