You have retained your guy memories, but you also now have the memories of your alternate female self, too (your name is Loren, by the way). Aside from noticing reality has changed so that you have always been female, you also can tell your are just a tad slower on the uptake. Looking down at your notes for your test, they are more unorganized and not as detailed, and you notice you are even thinking slower, too but it’s nothing super drastic. Your IQ had to fall about 5-7 points, but you clearly aren’t dumb and are evidently one of the smarter girls in school (you were just above average as a guy).
