Turning around (in a house that now looks a lot different, by the way), Kurt sees your mother...Akari (not Stephanie) rise to her feet. She is now a thin Japanese woman in a stunning red dress, and her memories have clearly changed as well.

“Kurt...you ruin my life!” Screams Akari. “Ste...Akari hate you! Why you make me no American? Why you make me and daughter Japanese? Me memories all different! Me can hardly remember old life! Change back! Change back!”

Kurt can’t help but laugh hysterically.
