Not wanting to alert any of the people, you slowly sneak to under the pier, trying to avoid some of the people on the boat. Staying under the pier, you decide to wait until nobody else is on the boat and eventually, the people give up and leave the boat. As they begin to leave, you climb up onto the pier, onto the boat and with a key, you start the ignition and you speed away onto open waters.

Once your out in open waters you should be okay and just wait this all out. Hopefully this doesn't take too long for the "Great shift" to go away but your pretty sure the worst of it is behind you.
