You can now freely add addition punishments to any law that is broken within the jurisdiction of this courthouse and it will take effect no matter what it is. Everyone will accept the punishments as a normal part of the law and won't question any magical element you add in.

Now you just got to chose which crime or misdemeanor you wish to mess with first.
