Since you're surprised and speachless, Jillian decides to explain her powers:
"As you can see, I am a genie but not any genie. I'm more powerful than most of the other genies and it allowed me to get a mortal form. My powers also allow me to grant wishes even if my master doesn't say 'I wish'. However, my magical powers are still linked to my lamp. As the owner of my lamp, you are now my master. Since you're also my babysitter, you have all autorithy on me. And since we're friends, I decided to give you infinite wishes. The only rule is that I can't let you take over the world."
You don't really consider Jillian as your friend but you'll not complain about having infinite wishes. You start to think about all the possibilities.
