Every year it's a real problem that many people, mostly kids keep touching and messing with the cars even when they have signs saying not to. So you decide to make a new punishment for those who won't listen and keep their hands to themselves.
Anytime someone touches one of the cars with a no touching sign and without the owners permission they'll be permanently turned into a sexy young woman just like the contestants. But their clothes will disappear and they'll be unable to put any on for a month. Plus for every addition time they touch the vehicles the time naked will be extended by a week and if they in anyway damage the vehicle then its extended by two months. Lastly everyone that sees or hears about the punishment will automatically accept it as a fair and just punishment.
Not long after you finish it becomes pretty obvious who does and doesn't listen to the signs as you see several gorgeous women walking around butt naked.
