On your way down the alleyways, you take several trips outside of them to look through the windows of the shops. While looking through the window of a thrift shop, you spot the lamp! No way! You need to get it!

But, I don't think they will let you casually walk in as a wild Lopunny and take it... Or could you be fast enough to steal it? Alternatively, you could try scraping something together from the alleyways to make a disguise. Or you could go with the stupid answer and just walk in and hope they are crazy enough to sell to a Pokemon. Your choice.
