You decide to take this Oktoberfest to the next level with your powers. First any changes you make will be seen as normal and be happily accepted. Next anyone who drinks any alcohol as part of Oktoberfest will turn into a beer loving female version of themselves in a German beer girl or Dirndl outfit. Also the more they drink at the festival the sexier they become, and as a bonus they'll never suffer the long term effects of drinking and in fact drinking booze will be the best way for these women to stay fit and healthy.
With the change done yo look around and watch as people begin to change. You spot five older gentlemen in their 70's go to get a drink. After Just a few round they're all sexy young women happily chugging away beer after beer. Within a few hours nearly everyone else here would be much the same as enjoy the celebrations and booze.
