A shy boy comes in with his mother and isn't sure what costume he wants. When you notice that he's a bit of a mommy's boy you decide to turn him into a mummy girl. The kid puts on the costume and quickly turns into a tall mature woman with the costume becoming little lore than a wrapping leaving much of her skin exposed.
