All those powers sound fine and dandy but can you use them to get yourself a girlfriend?
Hmm you could shift into the body of someone more attractive... Nah waking up every morning and seeing some other dude in the mirror seems creepy.
Someone who looks very much like you might be ok but that kind of defeats the point.
What if you shifted with someone who looked like you and already had a hot girlfriend. Hmm, that might be good for a fuck or two but you doubt you could keep the girl once she figures out you aren't her boyfriend.
You could steal her boyfriend's memories and act like him that way... But putting on an act 24/7 around your girl doesn't seem fun either.
You could merge merge with some dude, taking mental characteristics as needed to solve all of the above issues... But becoming a single person with some random dude...
