He makes a wish into the lamp, and you feel magic coursing through your body. You are suddenly wearing a pink tank top and jogging shorts. Your now blond hair is also tied up in a ponytail, reaching down your back. Your body is now fit and feminine, and you are sporting a six-pack.
You put your hand in your head as your head becomes foggy, old memories flowing out and new memories flowing into your head, crafting a whole new identity and life for you.
You now only remember yourself as Charlotte, an athletic 26 year old woman going on a morning jog at the park with her boyfriend Sam. You met each other at the fitness club not too long ago, taking a liking to each other quite quickly and starting to date not long after that. Reality is rewritten so that no one, including your new boyfriend, remembers you as anyone different, and the lamp disappears, off to some unknown place, not that you would even remember it.
As the fog in your head clears, you see your boyfriend running back to you.
"Charlotte, are you ok? I just saw you stop for some reason. You look like you've seen a ghost."
"Yeah Sam, I'm fine." You look at your boyfriend and smile. "I just had a little headache for a sec, that's all, I'm feeling better now."
You gave your boyfriend a kiss on the lips before continuing to run.
However, you didn't immediately hear his steps next to yours. You look back and notice him standing their, a little stunned for some reason. You let out a little giggle. He can just be so silly sometimes.
"Come on babe! We have 5 more laps to do, and we have to be warmed up for the gym by 12!"
He shakes his head and catches up to you, and the two of you continue your jog at the park, gushing and smiling at each other the whole way.
You loved your life. Why would you ever wish for anything different?
