You wish that Max understood what it was like to be bullied. Suddenly, you are blinded by a flash of light.
When you come back to, you look to where Max was standing, and there is instead a short, meek-looking girl sitting on the floor, with books scattered around her. She quickly looks up at you, and you can see the fear in her eyes behind her rounded wire rim glasses.
"S-sorry for b-bumping into you." she says as she picks up the books and holds them towards you. "I t-took your b-books by m-mistake and I w-wanted to g-give them b-back. P-please d-don't hurt m-me." She closes her eyes, which are in tears by this point.
