You stick your head into the tent and see that the clown show is about to begin. Seeing the clowns gives you an idea and you start rubbing the lamp.
"Okay lets see if your real or not genie. I wish that anyone who laughs at this circus will immediately turn into a sexy young woman wearing a cute clown costume. Plus everyone will see this as perfectly fine and normal."
The genie appears from the lamp and claps his hands. "Your wish is granted master!" The clap releases a smoke that fills the tent and quickly disappears. You look closely as members of the audience begin to laugh at the show. And sure they start changing just as you wanted. By the end of the show nearly every man, woman, and child in there will be a sexy clown girl.
