You make a few changes to this store's shoe inserts. Namely now they will instantly cure whatever problem the person has. But in return they turn into fashionable young women and their shoes will turn into stiletto heels. Also well they will find the heels comfortable and easy to walk in they'll find in painful to walk in any other shoe type or any heels that are less then 4in high. Lastly you add no one will panic about the changes.
You wait awhile to see someone try one and soon enough an old retired man who is clearly struggling to walk comes up and buys a set before putting them in his shoes. As soon as he slipped his shoes back on he turned into a cute woman in a gray dress. She was started at first form both becoming a woman and being less than a third of her old age. But when she stood back up she was amazing for the first time in years it didn't hurt to stand up. She happily left the mall and for the first time in over a decade just took a long walk around town for the fun of it.
