When you made your wish you expected a lot of people in your life would be changed but you didn't expect it to happen to your eight year old nephew. He was only telling you to stop smoking cause his mom your sister told him to and now he's a busty blonde who loves her cigars.
You two weirdly enough end up as smoking buddies as you quickly become her favorite aunt and she spends almost every weekend at your place, since you both let her smoke all she wants and you've got all the best cigar brands. You find it's nice to have someone to smoke with and you two always have a great time together. For her birthday you splurge and buy a box of Gurkha Royal Courtesan the most expensive cigars in the world. The two of you share them well stargazing that night and love every second of it.
