Bob doesn't want to be young again, but he does want the energy his younger self once had. He wishes to have the "body of young person". The genie... doesn't really do want he wanted, or rather, what "she" wanted. Bob wasn't just aged back to being 23, "he" was also turned into a girl! "She" looked a lot like "her" daughter, only with blonde hair and was a little bit taller.

"Why golly, I may be smokin', but this ain't want I wanted!" She says half laughing.
