The genie was a little pissed. He accept but wth two conditions that change everything: The wish can't erase the past three wishes and as punishment to awake the genie again, your sister will be trapped in the lamp with genie if she make the wish.

Your sister starts to think if isn't better left the thing as are now, because your body and mind can't come back and she is going to be with the genie forever.

Or maybe she could trick the genie in some way.
