You tell Selene that you want to convert the blonde male, she says she'll try to restrain him from behind while you choose the method of infection.

The blonde male, now sitting on a bench begins to try relaxing for a moment, before being restrained by Selene from behind the bench.

Selene drags the male off of the bench and urges you to disarm him, you toss the knife to the side quickly. Selene then asks you "now, how do you want to infect him?"
