You quickly put the lamp in the purse that... just appeared? and head to your brothers. You knock and your brother quickly opens up. when he sees you, he leans on the doorframe. "Hey, you're that chick who lives across the hall?"
"What?" you say. "Erick, it's me, your brother!"
He rises an eyebrow "I don't know what you're talking about. I'm a single child. But if it's a way to flirt with me, that may not be necessary~"
You hear the genie's voice echoing in your head. "Reality's adapting to the new you, and it looks like you're no longer part of his family"
"Say, what would you say about grabbing a cup of coffee and continue this discussion then?"
