You had no idea why you lied and said what you said. You had just taken the entire blame on yourself. For some reason you wanted to save Brandon. You din’t know why but something inside you wanted you to care for him.
“She is lying, she is trying to take this on her. I was at fault” Brandon responded, not wanting to put the blame on you.
You were interupted by Brandon’s dad who was calling you guys over “Guys!! Quick… we’re about cut the cake please come” he said.
Brandon’s elder sister too waved to you guys and said “Guys fast!! What are you doing there!?”
“Listen you guys, we don’t have time for this right now but this isn’t over. We need a serious talk” Mrs. Pearson said looking at you and Brandon. “Come now and join the party! We’ll speak once everyone leaves, Jolene am I right?” She added.
“I agree!” Your mom said. “But, you’re not going to lie! If anyone asks who you are, you’re going to say you’re Lezlie! I don’t care if you have to explain to everyone how thats possible!” Your mom said speaking to you.
“Sure, your mom is right” Mrs. Pearson said speaking to you.
“Brandon, Kevin, Liza come one lets go” your mom said as she started walking towards the party.
Brandon & Kevin walked over to the men’s side of the party. You too were walking with them, just when Mrs Pearson took your hand and walked you over along with her & your mom towards the women’s side of the party!
As you reached the Ladies party, you were greeted and hugged by Brandon’s elder sister!
“Heyyyyy… I’m Samantha, Brandon’s elder sister! So surprised my brother’s brought a girl with him to the party! Haven’t met you before though…” she said speaking to you…
