You decided that it would be best if you'd stay the night in the bar's guest rooms. After all, the whole apocalypse has been exhausting, so you could really use a good nap...
You head to the bartender and ask them if you can stay the night in one of the guest rooms. The bartender then states, "Absolutely! However, we only have one room available at the moment, room 13. Here's the room key." You then thank the bartender, before they reply, "No problem, and please, enjoy your stay, I know you'll love it." Despite being a bit weirded out by that last line, you go upstairs to room 13, unlocking the door in the process...
Room 13 is, at first, nothing special, it's a typical guest room that you'd expect to see in an average hotel. The room contains a very well maintained queen sized bed, with a minifridge on the other side of the room. Aside from these two things, there's a small table with a few chairs decently close to the fridge. However, the room feels off. In-fact, The room appears to be perfect, TOO perfect. Any potential dust, mold, or leftover food that you'd normally see in a hotel or guest room appear to be completely absent, almost as if the room that you're currently in was just built, which couldn't be the case because you're in a literal apocalypse...
WAIT, what's that smell? It almost smells like ink, but you can't determine where it's coming from, so you shrug it off. Perhaps you should take a peek around the room before you get to bed.
