You decide the best man to call for help in this situation is Greg. Of course that's the best decision. Greg is always a good helper. You hide your car in his garage and sit down and explain to him what happened.
"And that's why I'm on the run..." you explain to Greg.
"Hmm. I see. Give me a moment," Greg says as he walks out the front door.
You sit alone on his sofa for a good 4 minutes in silence before anything happens. Suddenly the front door opens again. It's Greg! And he's pointing right at you! Does he have something to get you out of this mess? Does he know somewhere you can hide— Oh wait...
"That's him right there, officers," Greg declares.
Greg, being the upstanding citizen he is, values the law and responsibility over your friendship.
Greg turns to the camera, smiles, and gives a thumbs up and says, "Remember, crime doesn't pay!"
Several officers enter the room and place you under arrest. You are found guilty of burglary, trafficking of stolen goods, and resisting arrest, and some other charges. You are sentenced to long several years in prison. Your career and relationships are over. Your life is ruined.
God damnit, Greg.
