Well duh, that's a no brainer, of course you're going to think about going to help people at the hospital.
But what to disguise yourself as?? Or maybe you should just borrow the knowledge from someone in healthcare? It's not like getting a hold of some hand-me-down scrubs at the thrift store or a uniform somewhere should be difficult...
This is gonna be so easy, what could possibly go wrong?
** For a moment you imagine a flag being raised somewhere, but that's just silly worries for a fictional protagonist, which you're certainly NOT. I mean please, you have the famed medallion of Zulo and are off to go do magical good with it, NO ONE writes that kind of altruistic trash. Practically every Medallion of Zulo story out there is just selfish fantasy indulgent drivel.
Main character, protagonist, hah, you laugh at the universe and dare it to do it's worst. Plot flags that would normally tempt fate in a story don't scare you. You're a side character at best, always have been. An obscure wallflower in the shadows of life. An adult neet that's been living at home working remotely, playing games, watching anime, and spanking to p0rn. In short, a boring nobody that is no one special.
