If you were switched with no evidence, then there's no evidence to show that the same could not have happened to the defense. You drop the charges and realize that there could be hundreds of people who were swapped with someone in jail! No only does that leave many wrongly incarcerated, but it also puts dangerous minds out on the streets with fresh records and new bodies!!
