You wash on an island, along with tons of other people you don't recognize.
You had no idea where you were, or how you had even gotten there, but you didn't have time to ask any questions before a group of girls came to the crowd.
They told you the you were on some "lost island", and something about a goddess of transformation called "Mutatio", but you were more focused on the city in the background.
As they finished explaining everything, they warned you that once you were inevitably transformed, you will never be able to leave this island. Do you stay here, explore the island, or head into the city?
