While you could use a wish to turn Jacquelyn back, that would use one of your wishes up and you wouldn't have a girlfriend. Jacquelyn seems fine with her form, and doesn't know anything else, so she will be fine with it.
"So the genie actually worked, huh? You're a hot hunk now, and my boyfriend!" Jacquelyn squeals.
"What?" You ask her, confused.
"What do you mean what, Ashley? we used a wish from the genie to turn you into a beach hunk, and look at you now!"
"What do you mean? I've always been like this!" You respond.
Jacquelyn looks at you curiously. "So... you think you always were a guy now? Sweet! Now I get a boyfriend who is also my friend but is fine with staying like that!"
You shrug your shoulders, and just agree with what she is saying. The two of you head down to the beach and head towards the ocean, and have a great time together. When you return, you can't fine the lamp anywhere, but you both have each other, and what else could you wish for?
