Abigail seems frightened as she gently places the lamp back where she found it, but she doesn't let go. Instead, she picks it back up and makes three wishes.

She wishes for the lamp to return to another timeline, for some random fat kid to discover it, and for that kid to wish to better himself. The lamp vanishes and Abigail hopes she did the right thing.
