Shima is an undead Magician, and a powerful one at that. She claims to have been the original Magician, the founder of the Cult of Heyla, who was on the cusp of Godhood, before her disciples turned against her and killed her.
Nobody believes her, well, nobody except you. Every day, she'll come in here to rant to herself, and her stories are far too elaborate and messy to possibly be fake.
Unlike before, however, she seems to want something from you.
