As you think about your roommate, you can't help but think about how difficult any relationship will be. Neither of you can spend more than a few hours with each other at a time. You remember the genie, and a brilliant idea pops into your head. You rub the lamp and say "I wish that my roommate could be with me as a mermaid!" The genie is so moved by this that he not only transforms your roommate into a mermaid, but allows you to mate and transforms your house into an underwater sanctuary, complete with underwater kelp and fish farms, waterproof appliances, and a dolphin pet.
