Some kid ask for a Captain America costume. Everything is going fine as you give him the outfit and he turns into a cute blonde in a skirt but then the brat starts throwing the shield around and hits you in the head.

So you decide to add a little something extra to this costume. Until Halloween passes each time she throws and hits someone or breaks something with that shield she'll get a big drop in her IQ and a big jump in her sex drive. At the rate you set it you figure she'll only need to hit people another 2 dozen times before shes a sex obsessed bimbo.
