Hank is a really hyper kid who is obsessed with the police force. He's probably going to try and become a police officer in real life, but everyone's a little worried that he might be the type to get a little carried away with authority.
Hank heard that people are reacting to the Wave in some pretty extreme ways. Some people are looting the mall, trying to get clothes for their change. Other people are just panicking and in hysterics. Either way, it could be the perfect time to go see some real cops in action!
