As you're talking to Hank, a police car goes racing by, siren blaring. It screeches to a halt right at the end of your street.

You and Hank rush over and watch as two officers get out of the car, responding to some sort of emergency. One officer grips his holster as the other wrangles the K9 unit.

In their haste to respond to the call, you notice they leave the door open. Hank overhears something about a raid and wants to get a better look at the action.
