You take the lamp and wish that there was a 50/50 split between heterosexual men and women. The genie snaps his fingers and vanishes with the lamp.
You don't feel any different though, which seems strange considering you should be a man again. It dawns on you that you wished for half the population to be male, not necessarily the people that got turned into women.
It's a strange few months as people get used to this new change, some people were lucky and they were changed back into men and some, like you, weren't so lucky.
When it's all said and done though you're at least happy that Doug's no longer you're only option, and you get a new beginning as a woman in this new world.
