After soaking it all in, you decide that you want to return to normal just to be safe. As you go to tap the UNDO button, someone yells at you, causing you to fumble the phone.
“Sandra! What are you doing? Get back to your desk!”
It’s the Vice Principal from this reality, and from digging around your new memories, his name is Dick Horton, and he doesn’t like you very much.
“One second, please,” you half-heartedly respond. Unfortunately, when you were startled your nail accidentally tapped the OFF switch for AWARENESS OF USE. You still click UNDO (not aware that it now has no effect) and then press ENTER. Immediately, your memories of your life as an ambitious principal are wiped from your head, making your mind now completely in sync with this reality and version of yourself.
“Wait a second…what was I doing?” You ask aloud, momentarily confused. When you see the odd app open on the phone in your hand, you suddenly remember and smile mischievously.
“Oh, right, I was going to see if this weird app could change reality,” you say quietly. “Even if it doesn’t, trying it out still beats work. I can’t believe someone just left their phone with it open on my desk this morning.”
You walk back over to your desk and check it out, noticing all the settings you can adjust with your profile open and thinking of a good thing to try…
