"Trevor told me about being in the safe place and about the 12 hour thing but he never mentioned the third thing" Ben speaks feeling extremely nervous and stressed.
"Trevor!?" Sandy, Maggie and you ask as the three of you feel surprised why he had anything to do with this!
"Trevor gave me these pills last night just before he left. When I told him about how much I was missing Maggie, he handed me these and suggested I slip the pink one into your drink since you were you were going to sleep over. The red one was supposed to make you feel romantic and inclined towards making love and the blue one would change you back" Ben spoke to you, while Sandy & Maggie also listened.
"Wait a minute... You did this Ben?" Maggie speaks with in extreme disbelief
"And honey... you were feeling relieved in changing back were you? really you slept with Ben and did god knows what... and you sit here pretending you din't want this? Did you not think of us even once?" Sandy speaks mocking and screaming at you.
"Its not her fault" Ben interrupts. "I did this to her. The red pill I slipped in after the pink one was given to me separately by Trevor. There was no way she was going to refuse with that pill in her. Trevor messed with me, I mean with all of us. He took advantage of my stupidity! This is all my fault." Ben responded to Sandy while also speaking to you and Maggie. His voice had a genuine sense of guilt in it. Almost as if he was an entirely different person a while back when he made you do all those things. The confidence he had back then was certainly gone.
But what hit you hard was the fact that he was referring to you as She/Her all through his talk. As you were trying to digest the fact that you were perhaps going to be locked as Maggie, you forever, you also realised that no matter how wrong you think it is of Ben to refer to you as She/Her, this is exactly how you were going to be referred to by everyone!
"Could she not have resisted even a little? Someone who didn't really want it could fight such pills at-least a little..." Sandy said.
Okay so that came quicker then you expected. Sandy had also started to refer to you as She!
"She did" Ben said. "I forced her! I did not let her win!" Ben added trying his best to defend you and take the blame.
"Guys calm down" Maggie finally speaks after a long silence. Perhaps she too was taking her own time to digest what was happening. "Lets not fight! We need to see if there's anything we can still do to reverse this" Maggie added and also sounded the most mature.
"I'm sorry Sandy I let you down... Maybe you're right... I could have refused if this was something I didn't want at all! Maybe its not entirely Ben's fault. He made a genuine mistake and I can't imagine how he feels right now!" You speak.
"I'm sorry I over reacted... lets figure this out when we get back. I was checking on the tickets and it looks like the earliest we can come back is only after a week. Till then lets use our resources to see what we can do" Sandy says realising that she probably over reacted and lacked sympathy for you.
However, Sandy's words were a bit harsh for you and in this moment when you were feeling a variety of emotions, you felt deeply hurt by her lack of understanding for you. You wanted to control your tears and not look weak in front of the girls! So you quickly say "I agree, Lets talk later" and then walk off to the sofa, where you crash bursting with tears and crying your heart out.
Ben ends the call after a few words with Maggie. He sits there feeling helpless seeing you cry. Maybe he wanted to cry to but didn't want to look week?
