The priest hands you a strange necklace holding a sphere containing a strange pink substance. "If you ever run into any more trouble out there, wear this necklace, it'll make the infected think that you're one of them, and you should have more choice opportunities than you had prior. But whatever you do, DO NOT CONSUME THE SUBSTANCE IN THE NECKLACE, it'll change you into something else, and you'll lose all memory of who you once were, got it?" You nod in return. "Good! Now, I know that we've just met, but I hope you'll see me again... so long!" You leave the building, debating where you should go next...
