You hide your car in a nearby cluster of trees and decide to walk to Carl's house, and knock on the door. Carl lives in an old house, with no doorbell, but one of those door knocker things you see in movies all the time. You grab it and bang it on the door a few times. A few seconds later, the door is opened and Carl is at the other side. He looks at you with wide eyes, having expected what you said to be false.
"Hello?" you say, as Carl was just staring at you in silence for a few moments, clearly awed by your new beauty.
"Oh! Yes, yes, you need to be hidden somewhere for a while, hm? You can stay here! I live alone in this rather large house for one person, so I have plenty of space!" When Carl mentions the alone part, you remember that his girlfriend recently broke up with him and moved out, which caused Carl to say that part with spite in his voice. "Follow me."
Carl walks into the living room and motions for you to sit down. "I will get something to drink. Is tea fine?" You nod your head. As Carl goes to make tea for the two of you, you come up with a story for why you need to hide. Carl returns with the tea and
